AD Ports Group has announced the completion of the largest business restructuring in the company's history, fully integrating the newly acquired Noatum Group into its existing business.
Headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, the Noatum Group operates in 32 countries and has 16 terminals worldwide. By integrating Noatum's international brand presence and resources, AD Ports further strengthens its global business structure:
New name and business division:
Noatum's Maritime operations were merged into SAFEEN Group, now renamed Noatum Maritime.
The Noatum Terminals business will be merged into the newly formed Noatum Ports, which will be responsible for AD Ports' existing and future international port operations;
Noatum Logistics has taken over AD Ports' logistics cluster business since July 2023.
Following the integration, AD Ports' global network expands to more than 50 countries and operates 33 terminals, significantly improving operational efficiency and driving its international growth strategy. Since 2021, AD Ports has nearly tripled revenue through organic growth and large acquisitions such as the $720 million acquisition of Noatum in 2023 and the $510 million acquisition of Global Feeder Shipping.
"The successful integration of the Noatum Group assets is an important milestone in the development of AD Ports and further strengthens our position as a leading global provider of trade, transport and logistics services. The addition of Noatum not only broadens our economic footprint but also lays a solid foundation for the next phase of the Group's growth."
