Guangzhou Nansha International Logistics Park Development Co., Ltd (hereinafter, CKS NSI) , which is a subsidiary of a state-owned enterprise in Guangdong Province and set up in 2009, undertakes bonded logistics park’s development, construction and business management in Nansha Comprehensive Bonded Zone, specialize in the leasing of bonded warehouses and provide matched integrated logistics services for bonded warehousing.
CKS NSI has 457,000 m2 bonded land area, accounting for 51% of the whole park, making it the largest owner in the logistics park. The 6 existing bonded warehouses have total 340,000 m2 construction area, including two single-decker warehouses with 40,000 m2, and four two-decker ramp warehouses with 300,000 m2, attracting well-known international cross-border e-commerce enterprises, manufacturers, trade retailers and 3PL service providers to settle in Logistics Park.
CKS NSI has Standard/Temperature Controlled/Automated Warehouse, a professional warehouse management team and customs team with over 10 years of operation experience with own WMS. We also have Customs AEO advanced certification and ISO9001 quality management system certification. (1)Standard Bonded Warehouse:
Total construction area is 340,000m2, and we will build two 5-storey warehouses in 3-5 years, which will add more 400,000m2 storage area and the overall storage area will exceed 800,000m2.
(2)Customized Warehouse:Single-decker, Stereoscopic, Low-temperature, Temperature Controlled and Automatic Warehouse, etc.
a. Temperature Controlled Warehouse:Total is 7500m2, to keep constant temperature and humidity. It is mainly used for storing special goods such as medicines, wine, electronic equipment and food.
b. Automatic Warehouse:Total is 5000m2 with 5200 storage locations. The intelligent technology can realize automated inbound and outbound for the goods.
2. Integrated logistics services for bonded warehousing:
Business scope includes: Cross-border E-commerce, U-Turn, Bonded Import, Export Tax-refund, Transshipment, Consolidation, Business for international freight sharing center of airports in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA).
